A1 Housing ltd is a housing provider of social housing to vulnerable adults throughout the UK. A1 Housing works closing with tenants, care providers and the local authorities. A1 Housing would like to see people live as independently as possible. We aim to provide an excellent, customer-friendly service. Our residents help us achieve this by challenging our performance and making suggestions about how we can improve.
Our tenants are treated as individuals with security of tenure and have the same rights and responsibilities as everyone else within society. A1 Housing offers direct housing related support, determined by assessing the needs and abilities of each tenant.
A1 Housing aims is to provide a homely environment with the right level of support and amenities to allow tenants to live as independently as possible. The effort is on the tenant’s involvement in running their own home, building social relationships and being part of the community. A1 Housing work in partnership with accredited care providers, who share the same values and vision as us, which we believe puts us at the forefront of supported living.
Tenants now have direct payments often managed through a brokerage. A1 Housing has a full understanding of these different funding streams and the contractual arrangements.
Our accommodation is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupation. Our rooms come furnished with a bed and wardrobe. We encourage tenants to choose their own décor and whenever possible choice of furnishings.
